Do you qualify for one of our properties? Cherry PROPERITES, LLC does an extensive application process.

To qualify:

1) The total household income must be three times greater than the rent. (Ex. Rent of $1000 = Total VERIFIABLE household income of $3000)

2) Credit must be in good standing, or additional security deposit may be required for those with moderate credit issues.

3) Must not have any criminal background that shows felonies or violent, fraudulent  or drug distribution misdemeaners.

4) If you have pets, they must meet our pet policy guidelines. Certain breed restrictions apply.


To begin the process you will need to do the following:

First, call our office to set up an appointment to view one or more of our properties that match your criteria. Once you have found a property you like, below are the next steps:

- Everyone over the age of 18 that will be living at the property will need to fill out one of our application. The application fee is $35 for the first application and $30 for each additional application.

- Once we receive your application, we will run each individual's credit from the three major credit bureaus.

- We will check your criminal background at the Local, State and Federal levels.

- We will verify your previous tenancy with your prior Landlords.

- We will verify your current income.

Our application process usually takes three business days, barring no delays from employers and previous landlords.
